Unconquerable: well known by the Supreme Commander Community and current TUC Champion will face Mentel best know as ‘The Terminator’ and currently nº1 of the GPGNet 1v1 Ladder.

Between today and the match, we will be collecting community’s impression and prediction on this upcoming duel.

By the way, it would be interesting to see a little more variety in maps. There could always be the standard maps like Finn's and Sentry, but why not throw in a couple less common maps as well, like Seton's Clutch and Ambush pass?
And yes, we need more maps. Why no Palms and Arctic too? If any of these players would play Cybran / UEF they would been in even more disadvantage with this map pool.
Please note that the initial maps pool was composed by only the few ones submitted by the challenger. But i do understand that for more diversity we probably need more.
Also this will also make them pre-match training more difficult becaus ethey need to train on more maps...

Reviewing these is going to make me feel small.
I think Unconq has the edge, but Mentel is damn good and I've rarely seen them play each other, this should be EPIC!
Because of the short notice and that this is not a ladder map the players do not have enough time to train properly.

It's going to be a close match i reckon unless Unconq is really rusty and then he would have to give his Champ belt away
